I am quite excited about this book. It’s the first English language exploration of one of the most avant-garde restaurants in the world, Mugaritz in San Sebastian.  It’s author, Andoni Aduriz, is a true disciple of Ferran Adria and describes his philosophy as the fusing together of nature and technology “to create a whole new language of cooking”.  I’ve not yet visited the restaurant but have already put my request in for a table and am looking forward to writing a bit more based on first-hand experience. San Sebastian here I come…
